luxury spa.

The spacious walk-in shower measures  7' x 5'. The sink was moved to the center of the room into a vanity with 1  3/4" marble top. Two adjacent linen cabinets were added for extra storage.
Also added to the new addition were an Italian marble shower bench, Kohler fixtures, new lighting and porcelain plank flooring.

  A forty year old bathroom

After gutting the outdated space, the bathtub wall was bumped out 18" in preparation for the new shower.  A  4' x 6' wall was built and tiled with Italian porcelain and sea glass mosaic trim. Then, a low- iron shower door was added for clarity- allowing the beauty of the tile to shine through.

The 36" vanity was replaced with a beautiful 30" solid wood vanity and custom Carrara  marble top. The extra 6"provided comfortable space around the commode.
